You can use redirect=0 to disable that redirect, or redirect=1 to force a redirect in the localhost/IP case. For example, assumming zimbraMailHost is server1.company.com, connecting to: http://localhost/zimbra/?redirect=1 will cause the client to redirect to server1.company.com, and connecting to: http://mail.company.com/zimbra/?redirect=0 will tell it not to redirect (this assumes mail.company.com is a CNAME/VIP for server1.company.com). Disabling redirect is only useful where you have split-dns issues, and you are trying to connect from the external-side, or when you are doing SSH port forwarding and you don't want to redirect to the real hostname. ----------------------------------------
